I am a big fan of getting a lot of working out done in a short amount of time. We call it working smarter not harder. It forces us to keep the intensity up and the rest periods shorter. It’s hard…it sucks…and it works. Today I want to share a favorite workout of mine. It is to be done for a period of 30-40 minutes. Make sure the intensity stays high for the entire time. Okay, here it is.
Warm up – 5 Min Jog or Skipping
10 Squat Jumps
10 Jump Switch Lunges (each side)
10 (or max) Pull Ups
5 Min Run
Rest 2 Min
(repeat entire set for a period of 30-40 minutes)
Cool Down 5 Min Jog
