At DAMY Health we experience a lot of weight loss success and body transformations. Last week alone the DAMY Team (including members from the Fat Blaster, Method and Bikini Body) lost a grand total of 205.2 lbs! That is 205.2 lbs in ONE week! I could not be more excited about the energy and success of this collective team this Spring! I beg all DAMY Members to take your before pictures when you start. Many of our success stories kick themselves when they accomplish their goal and they don’t have that before picture. Taking that before picture, no matter where you start, is always difficult but there is nothing better than the feeling of revealing your before and afters side by side! To others it may look like just weight loss but for the person that has taken the journey of transforming their body it represents so much more.
Today I am extremely excited and happy to share with you one of our latest Bikini Body Program success stories! J. was a dream member to begin with! She literally did the following on day 1:
- Contacted me with the run-down of what she wanted to achieve.
- We decided on what program was best for her.
- She got to work (that day).
She simply followed the program! She knew what she wanted and she went for it! Her results speak for themselves. She got herself to a level she has never been and never once did she tell me it was hard. She enjoyed the program and was a joy to coach throughout the entire process.

J – Bikini Body Program Success Story
“The fitness had never been a problem for me. I had been active my whole life, recently ran a half marathon and was very happy with my conditioning. Despite all this I could not for the life of me lose the 10 lbs I wanted to drop to get the cut look I was dying for! I generally followed the clean eating rule of thumb and overall had what I considered a healthy lifestyle.
I had been following Amy on Facebook and really liked the recipes and ideas she was posting. I sent Amy a message stating the above and asking what she recommended. I signed up for the Bikini Body Program that weekend and the next 12 weeks was nothing but great results. The weight starting dropping off (15 lbs and 10 inches total), I felt more energized and my grocery bill dropped significantly (I was eating clean before but I was eating huge portion sizes!). A month into the program I found I wasn’t even thinking about it as a diet anymore as the eating style had become my norm. I am ecstatic with the change I have seen in my physique as well as my energy levels. It has really made me realize how important it is to maintain a good balance of exercise AND proper eating.”
