I’m so excited to share this awesome treat! It’s one of those things you should make for your family and friends and tell them when they’re done that there’s avocado in it. It’s just that shocking. It just tastes like rich creamy chocolate pudding. I made it for my husband and he could not believe it was made from avocados.

Next time you want a chocolate treat skip the dairy and added junk. Head for this healthy fat pudding. Let me know how much you love it!
 

 

Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Makes 3 Servings.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Agave
  • 1/3 Cup Natural Cocoa
  • 1/3 Cup Melted Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Make sure to scrape down the sides occasionally. If your avocados are a bit dry add a couple tablespoons of natural sugar-free almond milk.
  2. Enjoy!
