Hey Everyone, today I just wanted to touch base with you all. This post is literally directed to 95% of you (including myself!). Summer is nuts. Let’s just face it. There’s a lot going on and a lot more we’d rather be doing than staring at a treadmill… I get it. Many of you have been emailing me like you’re going to confession. Now, I love this, I love that we have an open honest relationship and you trust me with these details BUT what kills me is you all are beating yourselves up. This has to end. It’s time to start fresh. Lets just refocus, regroup and get focused on our goals. Lets remember all the reasons that we are losing weight, building muscle and creating our dream bodies. Health is always number one (physical and mental). Our self-esteem, feeling sexy, feeling confident, not feeling like crying every time you get dressed are all important… we are creating physiques that we can be proud of. I want you to go confidently into life and be an example of what’s possible. I don’t care if your goal is to lose 5 lbs and have ripped abs or if it is to lose 100 lbs. Lets focus and put positive energy into this. What you focus on expands. So, focus on the goal rather than the current situation you can’t stand.

As soon as you have a game plan and you take action the anxiety goes away (anxiety is fear you are not going to reach your goal or the worry of knowing you’re not doing your best). So here’s what we’re going to do:
 

Bikini Body Program Members

If you have purchased the program and did not complete it or didn’t give it your best within the 12 weeks I want you to start again. Your online support runs out within the 12 weeks of your program so what you have to do is sign up for the DAMY Lifestyle Program. This is essentially online support and coaching. The beautiful thing is it’s only $10 per month. It’s either $60 for 6 months or $80 for the year. Get signed up and let’s get you re-started. When you sign up send me an email so we can discuss your goals and get you pumped.

If you have completed the Bikini Body Program and have reached your goal and you either have set new goals or want to stay on track sign up for the DAMY Lifestyle Program. The DAMY Advanced Workouts are fresh every month and are Intense! This will keep your body guessing and positive improvements coming. This awesome program is only $10 per month ($60 for 6 months or $80 for the year).
 

DAMY Method Program Members

Many of you have done amazing and have reached your goals but have emailed me anxious about reaching further goals or maintianing what you have. Sign up for the DAMY Lifestyle Program and lets keep this going. I will be here to coach you, you will have access to 3 different levels of workouts and all the support materials that DAMY Health provides. It’s only $10 per month and it will ensure you stay on track and stay motivated.

If you have big goals (50 to 100 lbs to lose) 8 weeks isn’t going to cut it. You need a longer committment and a longer time to achieve those goals. I know life gets crazy and sometimes gets in the way but deep inside you want this! You want to reap the benefits of being healthy and happy with your physical self. You have to live in this body for the rest of your life – why not make it something you are proud of! So, after you’re done reading my thousand word essay here, figure out where you feel you are and lets get you focused on your new goals. It’s a fresh time of year to get started. Love you all!
