Today is Day 13 of “DAMY’s 28 Days of Healthy Holiday Recipes!” When you think of Christmas you always think of Egg Nog. For our members living a dairy-free lifestyle Egg Nog has not been an option!

Well, I’m here to save the day! I created a warm, flavourful drink that will satisfy your Egg Nog cravings. Feel free to enjoy this Homemade Vegan Egg Nog as a cocktail with Brandy or Rum.

Homemade Vegan Egg Nog Recipe

Make 2 Servings.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Agave
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Rum Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Rum or Brandy (Optional)

Directions:

  1. In a medium sauce pan (medium/low heat) place all ingredients and stir until completely warm.
  2. Place in a glass, add rum or brandy if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
