Tangy Lemon Avocado Pudding

This recipe is fast, tangy, sweet and creamy! This is my cure for a lemon pudding craving. Warning… If you do not love lemon you will not like this recipe! This is only for Lemon Lovers!

If you do love lemon whip this up this week. I might make some right now!

This recipe is gluten free, grain free, clean, no-bake, low carb, raw, low sugar, tangy and sweet!



Tangy Lemon Avocado Pudding

Prep time: 2 Minutes
Yield: Makes 3 Servings


  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
  • Juice of Two Freshly Squeezed Lemons (or to taste)
  • 4-6 Packets Stevia
  • 3 Large Avocados
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil


  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

      does the stevia not taste bitter in this recipe? It never does in drinks, for me, but it always has in foods… :(

      You can use Coconut Sugar, Agave or Maple Syrup.
