Happy Monday Beautiful Ladies and Gentlemen! Today I want you to watch your self-talk. I want you to LOVE yourself today.
Every time today you think a thought that is less than loving about yourself replace it with self-love right away.
Write your loving thought about yourself down if you can.
Example – you think:
“It’s hot out. Here come my summer clothes. Oh, god I wish I was smaller.”
“I love myself. I am so grateful for the nice clothes I own, my beautiful body, my ability to exercise and eat healthy food. I am doing great things for my body. I am have a healthy, lean body. I feel like a goddess.”
It will feel silly at first. But it will feel good. Even if you at first giggle!!! It doesn’t matter.
Do it anyway 🙂 Real results come from a place of loving yourself so much you make loving choices.
