I absolutely adore this recipe. It is perfect for the 21 Day Vegan Cleanse Challenge. It reminds me of my Mom’s tuna salad with the dill flavors, crunch of celery, creaminess of the raw mayo and the bite of dulse.

This recipe is raw, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, all natural and the perfect tuna salad dupe.
Raw Vegan Tuna Salad
Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 4 Servings
- 3 Cups Soaked Raw Sunflower Seeds (ground in the food processor to tuna texture)
- 4 Stalks Celery (diced)
- 1/2 Bunch Scallions (diced)
- 2 Tbsp Dulse Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Dried Dill
- In a large mixing bowl toss all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with our Raw Vegan Mayonnaise on romaine lettuce wraps or on top of a salad.
