This recipe is gluten free, vegan, bean free, raw, all natural, dairy free, full of fiber and has hidden green veggies!
No Bean Hummus
Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: Makes 3-4 Servings
- 2 Zucchini (Peeled and Chopped)
- 3/4 Cup Raw Tahini
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Serve with raw veggies and enjoy!
