This appetizer is so easy, fast and delicious! This is great to serve to guests or just to have as a snack. This recipe did not last long in my house.

I love appetizers that are pre-assembled and quick-to-grab. At your next get together don’t bother telling anyone this is vegan cheese. Surprise them! I bet you anything they will be in love.

This recipe is raw, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, grain free and an amazing appetizer.

 
Vegan stuffed cucumbers
 

Raw Vegan Stuffed Cucumbers

Prep time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice and hollow out cucumber.
  2. Stuff with Raw Sundried Tomato and Basil Cashew Cheese.
  3. Place on a plate and serve!
