This recipe is barely a recipe but I made it and have to share it. This is simply watermelons and cream!

This drink is so fresh, sweet and screams summer! The combination of watermelon and coconut whipped cream tastes like candy. Feel free to enjoy this recipe as-is or add some alcohol for a fresh summer cocktail.

Watermelon and Cream Refresher

Prep time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add cubed watermelon to your food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with a dollop of Coconut Whipped Cream.
  3. Enjoy!
