This recipe was a huge hit at my house! Last weekend we were craving ice cream terribly. David and I are both doing the 12 Week Bikini Body Program. We are in full get-lean/ignite energy mode. We are really focused on achieving optimal health along with our members this season.

So sticking with our program we wanted to make ice cream that satisfied our cravings yet would be on plan. This Raw Triple Berry Soft Serve was the perfect solution!

This recipe is two servings which works great for two people so there are no left-overs and just enough to satisfy that craving.

This soft serve has a delicious cheesecake flavor. You have to try it!

This recipe is vegan, raw, gluten free, all natural, fast, two servings and delicious.

 

 

Triple Berry Cheesecake Soft Serve (Raw Vegan)

Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: Makes 2 Servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Mixed Frozen Berries
  • 1/4 Cup Natural Cashew Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
  • Banana
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy immediately!
