As it gets cooler and the seasons change I head right for warm beverages! I always have a tea in hand during the winter season. This is for a couple reasons:

One, when the temperature drops I find I’m always cold. Tea is the absolute best for keeping me warm.

Two, as the temperature drops I find I’m more hungry. Warm delicious tea keeps my cravings at bay. This is one of my biggest tricks to stay on track during the winter season.

Though I love my Starbucks I’ve recently given up drinking coffee. 10 Weeks ago to be exact. This was for a few personal reasons and I’m not putting this on anyone else. I will say not drinking coffee I feel amazing and I’m happy with my decision. My husband still drinks his Starbucks but I’ve found I really dislike their tea. They taste almost soapy if that makes any sense. My favorite tea place of all time – to date – is David’s Tea!

I love the selection at David’s Tea, the organization at the store and the clarity of their products. It’s just so easy to go in and decipher what exactly you are looking for. I always have multiple cans of David’s Tea. They have wonderful classic flavors along with really fun different flavors alternating every season.

Last winter they had a really fun wine-flavored tea gift box that I really enjoyed. In the summer they had beautiful summer teas in a gift box that I used for iced-teas. If you are new to the store their seasonal gift boxes are a great way to try out small amounts of their different flavors.

Below are my classic David’s Teas that I always have in my house. I shake it up daily between the flavors below. Each have unique health benefits that I find very attractive. The flavors are clean and delicious. I also added two teas that I enjoy in the evenings and a tea I use as a treat.

I highly suggest using fun, flavored teas to help you with cravings this winter and holiday season. There is so much variety out there in delicious flavors and wonderful health benefits. This is definitely one of my “secret weapons” during the winter season!

***I am in no way currently working with David’s Teas. All of the products below were purchased with my own money and all opinions are mine.

Each tea listed below I adore. I have linked each to the David’s Tea website so you can check out the full health benefits. Enjoy!
