Most nights for or with my supper I have a huge salad. I always make my own salad dressings to make sure the ingredients are natural and fresh.

One thing I really missed was caesar salad dressing (I try to avoid dairy and do not eat meat). So, I created this recipe! It is delicious (and a fabulous option to use during our 21 Day Raw Vegan Cleanse Challenge!).

Below you will find two variations of the recipe. Both recipes are vegan. One is raw and there is a note to make sure if gluten is a concern for you not to use the soy sauce.

You can use this recipe as a salad dressing or a dip. It is truly delicious!

This recipe is vegan, gluten free, raw, dairy free, easy and takes 2 minutes.
