Raw Red Pepper Caesar Salad Dressing (Vegan & GF)

Most nights for or with my supper I have a huge salad. I always make my own salad dressings to make sure the ingredients are natural and fresh.

One thing I really missed was caesar salad dressing (I try to avoid dairy and do not eat meat). So, I created this recipe! It is delicious.

Below you will find two variations of the recipe. Both recipes are vegan. One is raw and there is a note to make sure if gluten is a concern for you not to use the soy sauce.

You can use this recipe as a salad dressing or a dip. It is truly delicious!

This recipe is vegan, gluten free, raw, dairy free, easy and takes 2 minutes.
