Peanut Butter Caramel Slice

Peanut Butter Caramel Slice

Ingredients:

    Crust Layer Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Peanuts (or Almonds)
  • 1/2 Cup Pitted Soft Fresh Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Peanut Butter Layer Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pre-Soaked Cashews (Drained 1-2 Hours)
  • 3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or 12 Drops Liquid Stevia)
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Caramel Layer Ingredients:
  • 10 Fresh Soft Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
  • 10 Drops Liquid Stevia (or 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup)

Directions:

  1. Spray a 6 inch spring form pan or baking dish with a healthy non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place all crust ingredients into your food processor and pulse until completely mixed.
  3. Place into pan and press down evenly.
  4. Place all peanut butter ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  5. Spread evenly over crust.
  6. Place all caramel ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  7. Spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  9. Remove from freezer, cut into slices and enjoy.
  10. Store in a sealed-tight container in the freezer.
