These bites are so good. If you are a fan of salted caramel, peanut butter and snickers flavors you will love this recipe.

I barely shared one bite of this recipe. It is that good!

You can coat these in peanut butter topping like I did or you can use a chocolate topping found here.

This recipe is super easy to toss together and truly is yummy.

I have played with the flavors of Snickers Bars before making a Raw Vegan Snickers Bar and a Deep Dish Peanut Butter Snickers Bar Pie and both turned out to be huge hits.

This recipe along with my huge list of Healthy Truffles, Chocolate and Raw Cookies, Chocolate Covered Pecan Pie Truffles, Vegan Almond Joy Bars, Raw Vegan Turtles Chocolates and my Secretly Healthy Peanut Butter Coated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls are my MUST MAKE Holiday Treats.

This recipe is raw, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, grain free, simple and delicious.

Raw Peanut Butter Snickers Bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Makes 10-15 Snickers Truffles

Raw Peanut Butter Snickers Bites

Ingredients:

    Snickers Ball Ingredients:
  • 10 Soft (Fresh and Pitted) Medjool Dates
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Pure Almond Butter
  • 10 Drops Liquid Stevia
  • 30 Peanuts (or Almonds, Pecans)
  • Peanut Butter Coating Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (Room Temperature)
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or Agave or to make these sugar free 5-10 drops liquid stevia to taste)

Directions:

  1. Place all Snickers Ball ingredients (excluding the nuts) into your food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Throw in your nuts and pulse until slightly broken and mixed in.
  3. Place mixture into a bowl and into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and using a mini ice cream scoop or your hands roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet or plate covered in parchment paper.
  5. Place a lollipop stick into each and place back into the freezer for an hour or two.
  6. Place all peanut butter coating ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  7. Remove snicker bites from the freezer and evenly coat each with peanut butter coating.
  8. Place back into the freezer until your a ready to serve.
  9. Enjoy directly from the freezer.
