Place all brownie bowl ingredients into your food processor excluding walnuts and pulse until dough-like. (tip - if you do not have a strong food processor soak your dates in warm water for 1-2 hours before making this recipe)
Once your bowl ingredients are fudgy dough-like fold in your walnut pieces with a spoon.
Spray your silicone muffin molds with a non-stick cooking spray for easy removal.
Scoop chocolate dough into each muffin mold and press down forming a bowl shape.
Place bowls in the freezer for 2 or more hours.
Place all ice cream ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer ice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer.
Remove bowls from freezer, gently release from molds. Place on a plate and scoop ice cream into each bowl.
