Raw Vegan Mayonnaise
 

Raw Vegan Mayonnaise

Prep time: 2 Minutes
Yield: Makes approximately 4 1/2 cups of mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Thai Coconut Water
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 3/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Stone Ground Mustard
  • 2 Cups Cashews (or Macadamia Nuts)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
