I love warm baked veggies in the Fall and Winter. I often enjoy them simply baked at a low temperature for a long time with just a little sea salt and pepper.
Once in a while I get a craving for a “deep fried”-type flavored veggies. Now I would never get deep fried zucchini sticks and I’m sure at this point in my life I really wouldn’t enjoy them but the pub food idea still gets me craving. So I take my cravings and create something that I would not only enjoy eating for the flavor but also feel good about putting into my body.

“Amy was incredible – so helpful, so encouraging so amazing. I remember thinking oh my there is so much food how could this possibly work!! But I stuck with it and hung to every word she said and I am so glad I did my body started changing in remarkable ways and I felt strong and clear it took me awhile but with Amy’s constant kind words and motivation I began to think of food as fuel rather than a crutch. I found a new love for working out and my body and am amazed at its capabilities.”
