I adore playing with different textures to create dairy free ice cream. Ever since I stopped eating dairy I have seen such major improvements in my body. One of the main improvements I saw right away was in my skin. I have had issues with my skin since I was about 12 and one of the major things that helped me completely heal my skin was eliminating dairy 100%.
