This year for me is all about “getting back to the basics”.
I have found that in this super fast, loud, social media filled world everyone is screaming their opinion. It can be overwhelming and tiring. This year I am committed to slowing down a bit, focusing on my own lane and bringing it back to “what works” in my own life.
Not every super trendy idea is worth paying attention to.
The fact is being healthy, grounded, at peace is as complicated as we decide to make it. I have done things the hard way and I have done things the simple way. What I have found is simple always wins.
This year I am going to focus on what is important, real and beneficial. I am going to limit my exposure to noise.
I am bring back what works, what feels good and what is simply tried & true.
