In today’s episode we discuss extremely common pregnancy myths that we have all heard time and time again. I was convinced these concerns were inevitable for everyone until I became pregnant myself. Of course everyone’s pregnancies differ but I have discovered that a lot of negativity can be prevented rather simply.
I have received a ton of advice throughout the course of my pregnancy and have heard/read many advice columns online discussing food choices, lifestyle ideas, etc. I have found that in our attempt to support one and another during the challenges of pregnancy we have turned a strange corner that I believe is doing more harm than good.
