Cut spaghetti squash in two pieces. Place flat down on a baking stone or sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
On a separate baking sheet place your grape tomatoes sliced in half and drizzles with coconut oil, salt and pepper on a parchment lined baking sheet.
With 20 minutes remaining place falafels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the oven.
Remove squash strands using a fork.
Remove tomatoes and falafels from oven.
Place spaghetti on serving plates, drizzle with olive oil or coconut oil, salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes and falafels on top (to taste).
Serve and enjoy.
