I am in love with this unicorn food movement! If you haven’t heard it is basically vibrant colored foods that look magical being called “unicorn recipes”.

I have always been a fan of unicorns.

This smoothie is just one of many vibrant smoothies I have coming to the blog that will fall under the unicorn category.

It is a healthy take on the current unicorn frappuccino craze.

This recipe is easy to make and beautiful vibrant. It is wonderful for adults and kids alike.

Holistic Unicorn Smoothie

Unicorn Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 Handful Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew Butter
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Sun Warrior Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients excluding blueberries and raspberries into your food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place blueberries into the bottom of your glass.
  3. Top with blended mixture.
  4. Blend raspberries until smooth. Add to top of your smoothie.
  5. Add 1 dollop of coconut whipped cream (optional).
