I was feeling under the weather last week and made a really yummy vitamin C smoothie that made me feel so much better. I wanted to share this Super C Smoothie with you!
You can use this smoothie for healing, energy, a snack or for the wonderful benefits vitamin C has to offer.
I am in love with vitamin C because:
- It is a strong antioxidant and great for whole body detox
- It is helps keep the immune system healthy and is used in cold and flu prevention (and to heal quicker from infections)
- It is beneficial in the prevention of cancer, stroke and cardiovascular disease
- It even helps to prevent skin wrinkling and dryness
