Ingredients
- 1cup ice cubes
- 1cup skim, soy, rice, or almond milk
- 1/4cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2cup strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2cup green tea chilled
Toss all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth!
Would a serving be half of this mixture??? It was really tasty. I didnt have green tea so I just left it out.
