Make your breakfast staple steel-cut oatmeal, blueberries, a dash on cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of ground flax.  Also, have a glass of water and feel free to have a cup of black coffee or tea.   On the side have two hard boiled egg whites.  This breakfast is complete with whole grains, protein, and a high anti-oxidant fruit.  Cinnamon makes you feel satisfied and combats bad breath!  Flax is not only a healthy oil but has a mild laxative effect that can clean excess waste out of the body.  When consuming more fiber make sure to drink your water!
