As you’re changing your habits and losing weight it is important to involve your whole family!  Stop bringing junk into your home for others.  Your children or husband may not be gaining weight from the junk but it is doing nothing beneficial for their health.  Teach them about healthy habits before it becomes a problem.  There are many ways to make their favorite treats healthy!
