Our program is based on the 80/20 principle. 80% clean eating and exercising all-the-time. Having a treat here and there isn’t going to ruin your efforts but binging for a day will. Choose a snack once a week that you have been craving. With this snack try not to eat it all or try to make it a bit healthier. Once a week have a meal you have been craving but watch your portions and don’t choose anything fried or drenched in fat. Always pick whole grain pasta, brown rice, or 100% whole grain bread products. Treats are just that. Keep them small and infrequent and you will be sure to meet your goals!
