Are the Weekends Ruining your Efforts?!

I have seen and been one of those people who are so good all week and then when Friday’s rolls around it all goes out the window. Having the “weekend” off mentality can ruin your hard efforts during the week. It doesn’t take that many treats or that many glasses of wine to put you over your calories for the week. Your weekend days should look much like your weekdays. The more active they are and true to your meal plan the more success you will have, period. We have to hold ourselves accountable and understand that in each choice there is a consequence. Try to take that extra walk on Saturday instead of ordering a pizza.
