We all know that the Holidays is the best time to have casual drinks with the family but many of us pay for it the next day. Follow these few simple tips to feel great the day after a night of drinks.

1) Throughout the night try to have one drink of water after each drink of alcohol.

2) If you get the munchies before bed DO NOT eat unhealthy food. Stick with vegetables, fruit, or a protein source.

3) When you wake up be sure to get fresh air. Go for a quick walk to help you wake up and clear your head.

4) Before bed be sure to drink at least two full glasses of water. This will help flush your system.

5) Try to stick to low-sugar or sugar free drinks.

6) If all else fails…peanut butter and toast has helped many.

7) Last but not least…try to jump right back on plan. Having a treat is not a big deal but the sooner you get back on plan the better you will feel!
