A wonderful supper this week!
I love oatmeal! It is amazing! It has changed my digestive system and I look forward to it everyday. I want everyone to start their day with steal-cut oatmeal. There are other ways to incorporate oats into our day. A great supper or lunch is Turkey Oat Balls. Funny name I know.
In the evening make up a batch of turkey meat balls the same way you do as ground beef. Instead us only eggwhites for binding and oatmeal instead of crackers. You’ll want to use regular oats (old fashion dry). Have fun with spices to flavour these amazing morsels. Chopped up onions and peppers are amazing. Bake up enough to throw some in your lunch bag or have a couple for a snack in the afternoon. For lunch put them on top of a salad! Great way to get protein and they are yummy! Have fun with this!
