For some of you egg whites may be a bother to try to squeeze into your meal. Egg whites are so important to consume because they are a complete protein with little calories and no extra fat. Adding egg whites to your meal balances out the glycemic index. In turn, making your body a fat burning machine with longevity. Here are some ways to get your egg whites into your day:
– Hard boiled (removing the yoke) is a great way to have them!
– Sliced on salads or in wraps.
– Scrambled or omelette egg whites with onions, peppers, garlic, mushrooms, with some salsa!
– You can take all three of your morning ingredients (egg whites, oatmeal, blueberries) – for this use large flaked oats – mix them together with some cinnamon put in a frying pan and fry like a pancake! These are called protein pancakes and are very yummy. Sprinkle some stevia or agave nectar on top. Yummy!
– Fried on top of a piece of Ezekiel bread with one ounce of low-fat cheese.
