Hmmm….condiments….I never want anyone to feel restricted while living a health lifestyle and eating clean. I don’t endorse condiments in general due to the fact that they are laced with hidden sugars, sodium, and corn syrup. BUT I don’t want anyone to feel restricted. If you are going to use condiments try to find low-sugar, low-sodium free of corn syrup. If you can’t live without ketchup make sure to measure 1 tbsp out. You will be surprised how quickly 300 extra calories can end up in your day. This is enough to prevent you from losing weight. It’s not about ‘can’t have’ it’s about ‘having smart.’
