I was speaking to an awesome client last night and we were discussing her short-term goals. Long term goals are awesome but we need to set shorter goals to look forward to and celebrate. I want to hear what your refined short-term goals are. 8 Week goals are awesome. You can really change your body in 8 weeks if you put your heart and soul into it. There is no better feeling than knowing you gave it your all for 8 weeks and celebrating that! Here are some great ideas to look forward to:
– bikini (buying a glamorous bikini and work towards looking fabulous in it)
– boudoir shots (these can be a sexy memoir for yourself or for your significant other)
– family photos (who couldn’t use updated professional family photos)
– spa day (manicure, pedicure, facial, spray tan, and hair style)
– weekend away (only pack your hottest
of clothes and make sure to get a spray tan before you go! lol)
– dinner and drinks! (you will be amazed at how much you will look forward to this after not drinking or eating heavy for 8 weeks)
