Do you ever find yourself eating perfectly clean, losing weight but need a little somethin? Well there is a way! Here is what to eat and how to have a little “cheat”
I try to have you all control your emotional eating. This is the only way to break patterns of behavior. I want to have you all planning to have your treat! I don’t want to hear “I had a bad day so I ate a cake.” We all know this does not make the bad day any better. In fact it makes it worse. We need to recognize when we are upset, angry, sad and deal with the emotion. At the end of the day we ll have the choice of what is put in our mouths. No matter what. This takes time to learn and change. That is why I am here. I want to help you get through it. Tell me when you are feeling this way and lets figure out how we are going to stop self sabotage.
What I want for you all it to say “I am going to eat clean for 2 weeks and do my workouts. At the end of that 2 weeks I am going to have 3 pieces of dark chocolate and a glass of wine.” Plan it! Have stick to the portion sizes! You will be so happy with yourself!
