-1/4 C all natural peanut butter
-1 C dry oats
-1 C protein powder (Chocolate or Vanilla flavor)
-1/2 C soy or almond milk
-1/4 C raisins (no sugar added)
-1/4 C sunflower seeds
-2 tbsp ground flax seed
-2 tbsp agave or honey
-2 tbsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl (will be sticky!). Evenly press dough into a 6×6 pan. Freeze for 30 min, or until hardened. Makes 4 bars.
