(also yummy on beef or turkey)
This is a salad dressing that is natural and home-made.
To make the dressing combine:
2 tbsp of natural nut butter (peanut, cashew, or almond)
1 tbsp natural honey
1 tbsp melted coconut butter (if unavailable, use olive oil)
1 dash of hot chili oil or chili pepper flakes
1/4 cup of low-sodium chicken or vegetable stalk
Place ingredients in a food processor or a jar with a tight fitting lid. Process or shake well.
