Hope everyone is having a great day so far. I have something for you if you are craving something sweet. It is natural, sweet, fresh, cold and keeps sugar cravings under control. It is great for kids and us healthy big people. It’s…… Frozen grapes!!! I am not joking people. These little bits of joy are so good. They will keep you satisfied and on point. Try them this week!
How to make them:
1- wash grapes
2- place grapes on a cookie sheet or plate (one layer) under paper towel
3- freeze for at least half an hour
4- remove from the freezer and eat.
Once they are frozen feel free to move them to a ziplock or other container to save room in your freezer (if you have any left..lol). They can last up to a week but after that they start to lose their texture and flavour.
Enjoy these alone or in yogurt for a nice snack.
