I have got some great ides for you and your family! These are some great ideas that are healthy, whole and will not “ruin” you healthy eating! These are great add ons here and here or healthy treats! I love these for the whole family! As you know here at DAMY I encourage you all to involve your whole family! Everyone deserves to be healthy and happy! Here are the great ideas of the week!

Fiber one cereal- Never buy/use bread crumbs again! Blend/grind up this great cereal and you have the best crumbs around! Full of fiber and no added stuff! Make your kids healthy chicken nuggets but cutting up your chicken in bit sizes. Use egg whites for the “stick” factor! Cover them in the bread crumbs, bake and there you have it! AMAZING!

Sweet trail mix- ok, you need a little something something and you have been good! Here it is! Buy a box of fiber one clusters, some whole, natural almonds and some dark chocolate natural chips! Make a mixture of about a 1/2 a cup! (use 2 tbsp of the chips and 15 almonds and the rest of the cereal) Sprinkle some stevia on top for the extra sweet you want! Put these is snack size ziplocks for you the whole family!

After supper dessert- This is simple and yummy! Use your sugar free, sweetener free greek yogurt (greek yogurt is amazing! It is also high in protein) Sprinkle some cinnamon and stevia in the yogurt and stir in! Enjoy!

Creamy dip- Again using greek yogurt blend in some hot sauce and you have some “hot wing” dip! You can use many spices to dress up this dressing! (dill…yummy)
