Here It Goes!

So I’ve decided to start a blog. I feel I have a lot to talk about seeing as the last three years have been…eventful, to say the least. In the last two years I have made a major career change, walked away from an amazing business, moved across the country, became a holistic nutritionist and decided to take my physical fitness level to a whole new level. And best of all I got engaged to an amazing man and my best friend! Through these experiences I have learned lessons about friendships, family, love, who I am, and unfortunately loss. I feel like now is my time. I have grown and developed into a person I am proud of being. I feel like I have a lot to share with the world. Throughout my posts I will share in more detail the whirlwind that has been my most recent paradigm.
