Many of you could likely have success without even using this section. We know however that when these blocks are brought back to balance weight loss happens quicker and more efficiently. Of course, this section could be an entire program on its own. Because we believe so deeply in the other pillars of the DAMY Lean we have structured this section as a “choose your adventure” type of area.

This means that in order to help you achieve weight loss success as quick as possible we ask that you look through the “symptoms” section of each block and focus on where you feel you most need balance. Once you feel you have achieved balance in that area it is time to move on to your next most likely block, and so on.

Take your time.

This is a process. There may be many areas for you to work on. There is no rush. It takes time to set in motion an imbalance in one of these systems and we expect it to take significant time to optimize them again. We wish you the best along your journey.
