Foods that can be Pre-Cooked!

This is a list of foods that you can make on a Sunday and have for the rest of the week!

-Steel-Cut Oatmeal
-Brown Rice
-Quinoa
-Couscous
-Baked Chicken
-Baked Fish (1st part of the week)

Portion these foods into their serving sizes for a quick grab and go lunch/supper. At night always steam extra veggies for lunch the next day! Having these items portioned out in your fridge makes it less likely for you to grab quick unhealthy foods. Cooking and eating like this in the long run will save you money. Convenience foods and take out will add up. Also, try pre-portioning your snacks in ziplocks or containers.
