We’ve given you lots of options for quick snacks but some of you miss the old stand-by like a granola or protein bar. We have found the solution! This is a healthy recipe for homemade protein bars. No white sugar, no chemicals, no saturated oils. 100% healthy and yummy.

Ingredients
-1cup sliced almonds
-1cup apricots (dried and diced)
-1cup old fashioned oatmeal
-1cup honey
-1cup natural peanut butter
-3 scoops protein powder

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan using medium heat. Make sure everything is stirred in and coated.

Take a 9×9 pan spray a little non-stick cooking spray.

Press ingredients into the pan evenly.

Place pan in fridge for 45 minutes to cool.

Slice into squares and wrap in tinfoil individually.

A great on-the-go snack!!!
