When there are times you are doing your workouts at home and don’t have a piece of cardio equipment to do your warm up or intervals here is what you can do:

  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 25 mountain climbers
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 rapid squats

Where it may say “5 minute warm up with cardio equipment” do this all the way through twice without stopping.

The same goes for workouts that ask you to jump on the treadmill for 5 minutes in-between sets. As you become more fit you will want to do this 3 or 4 times through. It is all about challenging yourself.

There are some great at home workouts on the private site! There is never an excuse to not get your workout in.
