This is a fun recipe to have at breakfast or for your weekend brunch. It is healthy, well-rounded, protein packed and yummy! These are also great for a grab and go breakfast. It’s quick too!
Ingredients: 1/4 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Banana Mashed
1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
Cinnamon
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Pam Cooking Spray
Protein Powder
Stevia
Using a pan put your heat on medium and spray with PAM. In a bowl add 1/4 cup of egg whites (carton of egg .whites saves time and no cracking). Add 1/2 mashed up banana to the bowl. Add 1/4 Cup of oats, a spoonful of cottage cheese, and a bit of cinnamin to the bowl. Finally, add one scoop of protein powder to your mixture. Mix and add to the frying pan. Let cook until slight bubbles appear then flip your pancake. Finish with a sprinkle of stevia.
