Ingredients:
2 cups 100% pure pumpkin puree (canned)
1/2 unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 packets of stevia
1 Tbsp of cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp of nutmeg
1/4 Tbsp of ginger
1/4 Tbsp of Pumpkin pie spice
2 Scoops of protein powder
Stir all ingredients together and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Makes approx. 2-3 servings!
