This is a special daily for Bikini Body Members at the week 5 mark. These are for weeks 5-8.

At week 5 you now know that we are eliminating pasta, wraps and bread in your B Food group.

If you feel like you need an extra boost and want to kick your results up I want you to know that you can cut your B portions to 1/3 cup.

*This is for anyone feeling they need to go to the next level and feel they are ready to take on this challenge. Again, this is not necessary it is another option to make your program more intense.

You can also cut your C foods back a bit. You can cut your Berries to 1/2 cup and your veggies to 1-11/2 cups.

Use C foods always before you use D foods. For best results use D foods less and less as the weeks go on.

These small changes are for those that feel that they need to take things up a bit to receive better results. If you have stalled use these changes.

If you are using these changes please let me know in your check-in from simply by saying you are using the reduced portions suggested.

Reduced Portions for Week 5 (Bikini Body Program)

  • B foods – 1/3 cup
  • C foods – Berries are 1/2 cup and Veggies 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups
  • Use C foods always before you use D foods. For best results use D foods less and less.

Everything else remains the same. Do not cut or add anything outside of these suggestions.

Again, these are only for you if you want to take your results to the next level OR you have stalled in your results.

*Make sure to read the changes in your program at the week 5 mark. If you want to kick it up even more add the above changes in as well.
