I have two yummy Breakfast ideas. These are yummy ways to shake up your healthy breakfast.
1) Oatmeal Pie
Make your regular steel-cut oatmeal but instead of berries add cut-up apple and pumpkin pie spice. Throw a dash of stevia and heat all together! It’s like having yummy pie for breakfast!
2) Healthy Crepe
This is fun and feels like you are having something a little naughty!
Brush a whole grain wrap with eggwhites and place on a baking sheet in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes or until somewhat crispy.
In a skillet use 1 tbsp of coconut oil add 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 of a banana chopped, dash of cinnamon, and a sprinkle of stevia. Cook until the blueberries are stewed.
Place the wrap on a plate and add blueberry/banana mixture to half the “crepe” and fold over.
Add 1 tbsp of agave nectar or maple syrup over your crepe. YUMMY!
