I was asked to write about a few things that I can’t live without and I wanted to share it with you all. These things are all from living, learning and education. I hope you enjoy these, they have all changed my life in one form or another. One thing I know for sure is life is about balance and forever learning and improving one’s self. Being physically active (stress relief, in tune with my goals, “me” time, longevity, and over-all health)
Reading. I can not go a day with out reading. I seek everyday to learn something new.
Everyday I seek inspiration. I find quotes, pictures, people, places, that make me feel excited to just be alive.
